The apartment is located in a prime location with a view of the Dachstein or the ski jump in Ramsau, just a few meters from the center.

The cross-country stadium, the adventure pool, the stores and the localities of Ramsau - all in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The cross-country skiing trail and the horse-drawn sleigh trail are only 100 meters away. An outdoor car parking space is available.

The Summer Card is included. (The valid periods for using the Summer Card are set annually by the Schladming-Dachstein Tourist Board and can be obtained directly from them)
