Alpenidyll Apartments – Gerz GmbH is a “Card Partner Business” of the ARGE Schladming-Dachstein Card. As a result, all accommodations offered by Alpenidyll Apartments – Gerz GmbH are automatically Sommercard properties, granting guests free access to a wide range of attractive holiday experiences throughout the region. Bookings without the Sommercard benefit are not possible.

By making a booking for a Sommercard property offered by us—by telephone, email, or online via www.alpenidyll.com—you expressly consent, in accordance with the EU GDPR, to the transfer of your registration data to the “ARGE Schladming-Dachstein Card” guest card system and to its further processing within that system.

Upon issuance of the booking confirmation, a contract is concluded between you and Alpenidyll Apartments – GERZ GmbH, and your consent to data processing is granted.

The booking confirmation also constitutes explicit consent to the transfer of passport or identity card data to the property owners, if explicitly requested, for the purpose of handling damage claims relating to the property rented through Alpenidyll Apartments – GERZ GmbH.

Law, Miscellaneous:

Austrian law shall apply exclusively.

Place of jurisdiction and place of performance: Liezen.
